AI · Transformation · Leadership
I make complex things clear — and useful.
I'm Michal Holub, an AI transformation advisor, consultant and educator. I help leaders and organizations turn fast-moving technology, messy problems and ambitious ideas into practical decisions, better ways of working and change people can actually use.
Based in the Czech Republic. Working in Czech and English.
From hands-on team adoption to board-level AI conversations.

Technology is rarely the hardest part.
Most organizations can get access to AI. The harder questions come afterwards: where does it genuinely help, what should change, how do people actually start using it, and how do leaders make good decisions while the technology keeps moving?
That is the space where I work — between technology, business and people. Sometimes that means shaping an AI strategy. Sometimes redesigning a workflow, challenging a use case, working with a leadership team or helping hundreds of employees move from experimentation to meaningful adoption.
What I work on
Explore how I workAI Strategy & Transformation
I help organizations move from scattered AI ideas to a clearer direction: where AI creates meaningful value, which use cases deserve attention, what needs to change around processes and governance, and how individual initiatives fit into a larger transformation.

AI Adoption & Future of Work
Buying an AI licence is easy. Changing how people work is not. I design practical adoption approaches, role-based use cases, learning formats and workflows that help AI become part of everyday work rather than another tool employees tried once.

Executive & Board Advisory
AI creates questions that are technological, strategic and organizational at the same time. I work with senior leaders to make those questions understandable, challenge assumptions and translate fast-moving developments into decisions that make sense for their organization.

Leadership, Communication & Capability
Before AI became a central part of my work, I spent many years developing leaders, communication and human capability. That experience still shapes how I approach transformation today. I work with leadership teams and individuals on communication, facilitation, learning and the human side of change.

Technology × Business × People
I am not interested in technology in isolation. A technically impressive solution that nobody adopts has little value. A great people initiative without a connection to business reality has the same problem.
The most interesting work happens where technology, business needs and human behaviour meet. That intersection has shaped my career — from leadership and communication to enterprise AI transformation.

Selected work
Enterprise AI adoption
Working across multiple functions of a large multinational organization on the move from access to AI tools and early experimentation toward role-based use cases, reusable workflows and broader adoption.
AI-enabled HR transformation
Designing and developing AI use cases across recruitment, employee support, everyday HR work and analytics — including prioritization, target-state concepts and connecting business value with technological and implementation reality.
Executive & Board AI
From practical sessions with teams to individual work with senior management and board-level audiences on emerging AI capabilities, strategic implications and the questions leaders should be paying attention to next.
Learning that leads to use
Designing hands-on AI learning where people work on real tasks from their own jobs rather than watching generic tool demonstrations — and leave with practical ways to keep using AI afterwards.
Things I'm building
Not everything I work on is consulting. I also build small products and projects around areas where I think something can be made clearer, more useful or simply better.
AI Act Navigator
In developmentA practical, bilingual guide designed to make the EU AI Act understandable without requiring everyone to become a lawyer.
SkillsAge
In developmentAn AI-powered practice environment for learning communication through realistic conversations, feedback and repeated practice.
What I'm thinking about
I regularly write about enterprise AI, adoption, leadership, the future of work and the gap between what technology can do and what organizations actually manage to use.
